Exceptions. All other clothing has a 30 day return or exchange policy in new and unworn condition.

DM Purchases:
Purchases made through DM on instagram are non-refundable whether it was a deposit or paid in full. In some rare cases, a refund can be given less a 15% restocking fee upon our descretion

Can I return something I bought?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of purchase dateShoes must be returned in new (or just tried on) condition in order to be eligible for a full refund or store creditIf you’d like to exchange your shoes, choose store credit when filing the return For international orders: We provide you a return shipping label, the cost of this label is deducted from your refund. Additionally, duty, tax and original shipping are not refunded. Please contact your local tax authority for VAT refunds Closeout/final sale items are not eligible for returns. What if my shoe is defective?
Please notify us within 10 days of any potential manufacturing defects prior to wearing the shoes. All defect claims must be done through email or DM on Instagram. Please do not simply return the item as our returns department may reject it due to the damage.If your shoes are worn and you believe a defect has occurred/become apparent, you may still email us a photo of the issue with your order number to sales@socalexoticwear.com. These cases are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.Do not attempt to return any used merchandise, it will be rejected per our return policy; follow the above instructions for a resolution.
INTERNATIONAL SHOE RETURNS
International shoe orders have a 45 Day Return Policy with the same return/exchange restrictions as stated above. For all International exchanges all shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer. When the order is sent back for a refund, the total charge for the items being returned will be refunded. Shipping cost will not be refunded and exchanges will be charged for shipping.

HALLOWEEN COSTUME RETURN POLICY:
Costume Orders placed between October 15th-November 7th will be FINAL SALE * NO EXCEPTIONS. Return deadline for eligible costumes will be within 10 business days from receipt. Return all unworn / unused merchandise with all tags attached in its original packaging – with a copy of your invoice – for a full merchandise refund or exchange. All accessories are final sale [no exceptions]. This policy does not include lingerie/bedroom costumes, which are Final Sale.
What if I received my order, but some items are damaged?
Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order.
If you received a damaged/incorrect item email or call customer service within the first 5 business days from the date of delivery and take pictures of the item as you received it. If the item is needed urgently let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your deadline.. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX THE ITEM. If the item(s) is altered in any way our warehouse will be forced to deny the return and the item will be discarded. This disqualifies any item for a refund.
